Roses, Petals, Birds and Lies

The roses are dying, the roses are dying, The petals, the petals! The roses are frying. The petals, the roses, the flowers are crying. The stems and the thorns and the leaves are just sighing.
The fires are frying, the fires are frying, The flowers are burning, the roses are dying. You can’t even see that the petals are crying. Everything’s melting, everything’s dying.

Hello. ^.^

I am back again, and I am ready to post yet more poems!

I am going to try to get into a program next summer at Iowa College. It is supposed to be an awesome program, so I am excited. ^.^ I have to keep my grades up and work on my poetry. (I am more excited about the second part. ._.)

I was given a magazine with a bunch of poems written by teens inside it, and it provided a great deal of inspiration... note the five poems I posted today, and four or so I posted yesterday. xD

Anyway, I must be going. I have to keep working on my poems! ^.^
